Find out about whether 2021 Boulevard Cohousing in Olympia might be right for you.

We’re looking at building a cohousing community in Olympia to serve the needs of at least some individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (such as autism or other forms of neurodivergence).

Based upon community interest and support, the entire development may be set aside for such individuals, or it may be a more diverse community including neurotypical individuals who desire to live in a shared community.
